gifs ?

ummm was looking around this site full of gif files but there is no animation when i browse
but when i download it then open it works
is this normal?

There is an option to turn animated gifs on/off. Here's instructions that I found on how to turn them off. Simply reverse the setting to turn them on.
1. Click Tools, Internet Options
2. Click the Advanced tab
3. Scroll down to the Multimedia section
4. Deselect the box for Play Animations
5. Click the OK button to close the box and save your selection
Mine was off, so I turned it back on

just for another referance ....
if u have trouble viewing jpg's ext try this...
go to start>run>regedt32
go to local_machine on local_machine>software>microsfot>shared tools>graphic filters .. go to the security tab and set permissions to everyone/full access
