I've heard of computers that wont turn on; I've heard of computers that turn of when you don't want them to; but I've never heard of a computer that wont turn off!! Until now, that is. For the past few days when I shut down my computer it says 'windows is shutting down' forever. Last night we let in run all night to see if it would eventually shut down and it never did.
I hope somebody knows what it might be.
Thanks
