computer doesn't recognize my cd roms
Posted: Tue Jun 01, 2004 1:21 amA friend built a computer for me using windows xp pro as the system operating hardware. It worked fine for a few months, then both the cd-rom and the dvd rom went kaput. It shows up in the bios, but not in the system. Not in my computer, nor in any other system information. What is up??
