Strange Files Running on TaskManager

I was trying to unistall StyleXP and my pc was very slow, and then i saw a weird proc ess name at TaskManager, and the it stop respondig.

File name: A~NSISu_.exe

Download / Install / Update / and Run .
Then:
Download and install: . Now Run it and post a copy of the Log File here.
(Create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)
