As part of the highjackthis process, I'm supposed to now delete the Temporary Internet Files Folder...but I don't know where to find it on my computer. Anyone know where it should be?

The easiest way is to open Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet Options / "General" Tab. Click on "Delete Files":

On the next screen select "Delete all offline content":
