my friends computer is being attacked with popups & viruses, ran latest virus scan, spybot, adware, cw shredder & it keeps coming up with "DSO Exploit & Cleverhook", it says it deletes them but it keeps coming back.

how can i get rid of both of them?

try running the program that is finding "DSO Exploit & Cleverhook" under safe mode (keep hitting F8 at boot time)

cool, that was going to be my second choice!
if that doesnt do it I'll post my hijack log.
