Networking Problem: PC2 no internet

Postby defaye » Tue Jun 29, 2004 11:30 pm

Hi guys, I recently had a problem networking, before I tell you more, look at this image of my current layout for the network. What is my goal: To allow PC2 to have internet access via PC1 being served by the set top box. (The internet connection cannot be shared through a hub first).

What did I try:
I went through "Set up a home or small office network". I set my computer as getting direct internet access to serve the other computers in my network. Did all steps, created the setup disk and restarted etc. Then installed network settings put on floppy to PC2, which fails to have internet access.

I need help in sorting this problem out.
Thanks again, Defaye.
