For over a year now with no conflicts showing with hardware and all software updated. Now I've formatted several times and took the whole thing apart and put back together again with no luck, it still is shutting down and restarting on a regular basis. I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it, any advice would be great.
Also want to mention ive checked for and found no viruses or trojans of any kind on my system.
Hereare some specs....
1.3 gig processor
1 gig ram
400 bus speed
integrated sound
350 watt power supply
amd processor
ati radeon 7500 all in wonder graphics card(I have had error on display driver for this)
2 ethernet cards, linksys and realtek
dont know if any of this will help or if there is something else you need but I'm goin nuts and cant solve this myself.
thanx in advance

Have you turned off "Auto-Reboot"?
"Right Click" on "My Computer" / Properties / Advanced Tab / "Startup and Recovery" / Uncheck: "Automatically Restart" and check "Write an Event to the System Log".
Now you can check the Log to see if its recording an error when it would have shutdown.
