Hello, this might seem like a very primitive question, but could someone tell me how I re-start the system in safe mode? Thanks

Hi try pressing one of the F keys I think it's F3 when you reboot your system.

The key is F8 and you need to continuously press it before the XP boot logo ever appears.

tap on the F8 key repeatedly might be a better choice of words
