If you cannot find answers to your SP2 issues via the Support Center or if you don’t have Internet access, you can call 1-888-SP2-HELP and a Microsoft Support Professional will assist you. Due to the increased volume of calls we expect regarding Windows XP SP2, you may experience longer than usual hold times
Searching the Knowledge Base will not find this info...why Microsoft would not publish an Article number is beyond me.
