where is the FAVOURITES file stored

:?: can anyone tell me how i get access to the file that contains my "favourite" web addresses as i want to back it up , it was dead easy when i used to have windows 98 but i cant find it in XP!!!!

It's dead easy in XP too :) It's just moved slightly - it's now under c:\documents and settings\username\favourites (assuming you installed to your c drive - if not, just go to the drive you installed XP on) and there you go :)
