Win2000 Pro Startup Problem

Hi Everyone,

I have a Toshiba Tecra 8000 PII Laptop with Windows 2000 Professional installed on it. When I start the computer it comes up with two options to choose from.

Start Windows 2000 Professional or Micosoft Windows...
Now I dont think there is any point in pressing start Microsoft Windows as when I do it just comes up as if it was on DOS so is there anyway of just making it start Windows 2000 Professional automatically and taking away those options?

There certainly is

Just go to 'system' in 'control panel.' Go to the advanced tab & click the 'startup and recovery' button. Just uncheck the 'time to display list of operating systems' button, and make sure that winXP is set as the default boot
