Goto START
Right click MyComputer
Click the HARDWARE Tab
Click DEVICE MANAGER

Are the any YELLOW Exclamation marks!!!!

I believe it should be right click my computer> properties> hardware> device manager. If there are any yellow question marks or exclamation marks you have a problem. Likely drivers are not properly installed. You can remove the device, reboot and reinstall the drivers.

Something else that just struck me is you may need to flash or update the firmware or check in your bios to make sure its in auto detect.

yes there are yellow exclamation marks next to both of them i tryed updatin the drivers and it said they are up to date
If i uninstall the drives will they in stall automatticly after reboot or will have to do it with a disc?
