IE error

an error message window popped up saying that "IE encountered a problem and has to close," is this just another common microsoft error or is there some other thing that caused it like spyware?

error signature:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 672572d7

Could be just a small error happened somewhere, probably no big deal if it was just once. If it keeps happening, let us know.
