can't delete a file on my computer

hi all,
i can't seem to delete a file on my computer. i don't know why. It's on my second hdd. It's a movie. Is there a program out there that will totally delete it?

There are a couple of things you can do.
Did you reboot and try again?
Was this movie mounted with another program such as Daemon Tools?

thanks a lot, that killbox help. Well, the firedaemon was once on. I don't have a clue what it is. I think it's when i installed this one program.
anyways, what does it do. is it harmfull? It's always saying that theres a problem whenever i bootup to desktop
