Removing Netmeeting

Can you add anything concerning the instructions for removing subj from pc. After following directions, rebooting, getting the dialog it was deleted successfully, the folder and files still remain, and are protected by windows system file protection against deletion. I am running XP pro w/sp2. Thanks
