Í play games all the time but i dont know nothing about computers so meybe i have missed something that can make my computer a lot faster

can you help me make my computer faster?

Faster than what? what are ur system specfs? Are u asking for tweaks? or maintenance?
what OS? Lots of things keep the system running at good speed,to name a few, enough RAM to support your programs, an uncluttered HD ( with enough space and defragmented regularly) and having no unwanted processes running etc, and ofcourse adequate protection from nasties.
