Weird Problem, 100% CPU usage

What you can do, is boot into the bios and look at the Health section. Watch and see what the temperature and rpm speed of the cpu fan is. Take your time watch it for 30 minutes--its not going to hurt anything.

You'll see in there that you can set the warning temp. I usually set it to the highest temp. On a lot of machines the defaut is disabled--go figure???. Also enable cpu fan monitor if the option exists. It should be spinning at 3000

I usually get the overclocking message when I change out a cpu for a faster one/and or one that works. Clearing the cmos usually fixes that problem.
