Microsoft has an article with a fix about this problem you can read it .

But I would suggest that you download the IT version of sp2 from Microsoft. .

It’s the full version so it’s a bigger download but you won’t get that error when you download it or install it.
And this way you can burn it to a disk and never ever have download it again.
