Upgrade Problem

I put XP Pro on my friends computer. The only problem is she doesnt have any disks for the computer and XP wont recognize her built in sound card or PCI modem. Since she has dial-up she needs the modem. Without the disks, how can I get XP to recognize her modem and sound card? :?:

If you could give us the make and model of her system
or the name and model number of the motherboard.
We should be able to help you get the right drivers needed.
