My laptop cant log on!! HelPP!

Greeting,
my laptop cant get into dekstop, its just keep log off when i click on user account... what should i do?

Have you tried booting into safe mode?

Reboot into Safe mode:
Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Still not work... (even by selecting administrator account) its still cant log on (that automatically log off)
