Ugh. Ok, I had some spyware or adware or something that was giving me crazy porn popups. I used Spybot and Spyhunter and deleted everything "severe". Now my friewall won't allow me to have any network access AT ALL unless I set it to "Allow All". Is there anything I should be looking for that I'm missing? Also, my Norton Systemworks WinDoctor detected that "mscoree.dll" is missing from somewhere and it had no possible way to fix this. Any ideas?

Check out this site . All you have to do is download it and copy it to your system32 file.
As for the Firewall...What fire wall are you using and how did you have it set before?

Checked on your version of System Suites 4.
First, as of 12/31/03 they no longer give support or anti-virus updates for version 4. You have to update to version 5.
I haven't used System Suites but most Firewalls, including the one I use, allow you to configure what programs can access the internet. So go into the Firewall's settings or configuration and set the programs you want it to allow. i.e. Internet Explorer / Outlook / Outlook Express / System Suites / Etc.
