http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=m6vlq - has everything you want except the agp.... but it has built in video... like what you're finding. I would just go with something with built in video... you'll probably pay about the same as non-built-in video motherboard, and you'll have your ATI card as a backup for your main system if you'd have a video card failure.
