Coffee + wireless keyboard = trouble

My wife (actually my ferret) spilled coffee on my Logitech wireless keyboard. I disassembled it, rinsed gently and dried it off but now it doesn't appear to work. I'm really suspicious of the connection from the wireless board to the key board, it's just laminated flat connectors pressed against the board with a foam strip. But then again, maybe the radio didn't like the rinse. Any ideas or just trash it?
