Card reader/writers

Does anyone know of a card reader/writer that will accept:

4MB 5V Smart media cards

Everything I've looked at so far will only accept 3.3v cards

The 5V is the Memory Voltage of the Smart Card.
A 6-n1 Card Reader should read and write to it.

I use a USB 2.0 HighSpeed Storage Multi-Slot 6-n-1 Card Reader and it reads and writes to it.
