is it okay to clean your computer?

hi all,

I've been using my computer i built just this summer and i see a lot of dust and little fly inside my computer. Can i just use a vacumm tube to suck out all the dust inside or do i need to use something else?

Sounds like you have the right idea.

The "suck" vacum cleaners do a very good job. I usually take a soda straw and tape it to the orifice of the vacum cleaner and go after the dust bunnies in the computer.

If you want to use compressed air, I suggest that you take it out to the garage. That way you won't be recurculating the dust.

I've heard of using a hoover and put a duster over the end just in case anything goes up the spout.
