Testing Software

OK folks I just joined the forum and I need some input.

I manage a computer company where we do repairs. I am looking for some software
that we can run through the computer to test all the parts and OS and then print out a
report stating that fact. I am tired of customers picking up their computers and then 2 weeks later they say it's still not working.

Any suggestions will be welcome.

That's what we have always used. I was hoping someone new of a program that went into the software also and reported on the OS. Thanks!
