Drivers...

Postby Junior_co » Fri Sep 29, 2006 11:34 pm

Hey there working on a really old computer... This meaning I haven't been inside the comp in forever.

Anyway, for reasons I won't bore you with, I had to reformat my HD and reinstall windows XP...

So, now I need to reinstall all the necessary drivers for componentes that are inside.

Is there a way to easily determine what drivers are needed for what equipment??

I run two comps and they both have mixed hardware so I don't know what is in what...

Enough psychobabble...

Does any of that make sense...

Thanks all and good on ya

Junior

Junior_co,

In the upper left of this forum under Helpful Weblinks click on the link for SiSoft Sandra Lite
This program will help you identify hardware components but it has to be installed.

I have a little stand alone program (no install) that does the job please check you PM.
