im building a new PC soon and im wondering if this AMD motherboard is ok. Im gonna use a 5200+ with it. Im a bit concerned about it only having a 20 pin connector though. My power supply can go in 20 pin sockets as the remaining 4 pins can be moved.

BTW, im not bothererd aboutr SLI or overclocking

Heres the board

i would prefer the Gigabyte board myself, it has an unreal amount of memory support and does offer SLI. Now i understand that your not interested in SLI but its good to have the option of adding a card down the road somewhere. Thats just one of those things that saves you from buying another board a year from now.
