3 jack phones/speakers working together?

Hi peeps

Been looking around for an answer to my problem, but to my amazement I havnt found anything of much use

Heres the deal I have pc speakers and headphones which both have 3 3.5mm phono jacks and I want to be able to use both of them simultanously but as i can only have 1 soundcard working at a time? (have built in and an audigy 2zs and use the audigy) this only has 3 useable jacks so I keep having to unplug one device to plug in the other which is really annoying

So isnt there something that would allow me to use both devices together which wouldnt reduce the sound quality?
Speakers r 7.1
headphones r 5.1
