passwords removal

hi guys great site
can any one tell me how to re move passwords from itronix ix250 ibook.
ive tryed removing the batts for 30 mins bios& win2000 both passwords do i have to take it apart to find the passwords jummper?
a pc no prob but a bit un sure of note book
come on lads give a girl a clue

Sounds like a pretty rugged Notebook. They have a very "stern" support site, too. It looks like they cater to their customers very well and I suggest you take them up on their support:
