Windows XP Problem

Problem #1: infinite loop with ati2dvag
Problem #2: pc technician in my town tells me to go into the device manager and install CPU to AGP Controller. I do this, which im told will solve problem #1.
Problem #3: Now pc will not pass windows xp startup screen, and will not enter safe mode. Get blue screen of death.

try a repair install for Windows then if the ATI error pops up again attempt these solutions:
