cd drive still sees previous cd even when ejected

When a cd rom is ejected it still shows up within my computor when a new one is put in it still shows the old one any help would be nice I have to reboot with the cd rom installed before it will change

Tryed still the same to view the new disc disc i have to go
in to open/explore.as you can imagen installing 2 disc games is a pain as it still sees the 1st disc i have to keep ejecting and closing and clickink ok until it will finally read the next disc

Do you have autoplay enabled? If it is disabled you can get this
