RAM Upgrade Configuration

Hi Guys,

I have a Dell Dimension E320 with a Core2 Duo processor (~2.3 MHz). It came with 2 512MB-533MHz DDR2 modules. I recently installed 2 2GB-800MHz DDR2 modules and am running with all 4 for 5GB, but would I be better off just running the 4GB at 800MHz or keep the 5 GB at a slower (safer?) speed? Thanks for any advice.

I use this PC for everything: TV, movies, music, web, apps, games.

My thoughts would be to never mix slower RAM with faster RAM. You would be better off just to run the 2x2GB.

i have to agree, stick with just the 800 MHz and pull the others out
