USB Keyboard issue

Postby tebeleza » Wed Mar 23, 2011 12:01 pm

How can I fix my computer keyboard? The problem with it is that both shift keys are not working and I don't know why. I tried putting it appart and cleaning it in the inside, but that didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be truly appreciated it. For those of you who wonder if my keyboard is not working properly, then how come I'm writing this question, I'm using a school computer.

My only suggestion would be to try another keyboard. That way you can make sure it's not a setting in your OS. If the other keyboard works, just get a new one. They are cheap.

Use the KB on another machine and see if the shift key works.

If not, replace the KB.

Hope this helps!
