Monitor Massive Glitch

I just built a new computer and my monitor now starts to glitch out of no where.
This is a screen shot of when it is glitched.

This is a screen shot of HWMonitor while my computer is glitched.

As you can see, it looks fine, but in Real Life it looks like the first glitched picture. Im not sure what the problem is. So please help!

does it freeze up when this happens? I'd almost bet your going to have to rma the vid card..
