Don't have any how to's to reccommend, but I'll suggest 2 programs.

If you want a complete backup of your whole hard drive, bit for bit, you should look into Symantec Ghost

If you're looking to back up files only (not the operating system or programs) then you'll want to look into SmartSync Pro.

I actually use Ghost to do a full back up of my boot drive about every 3 months, and Smartsync backs up the rest of the files for me every couple of hours.

To sum it up:
Ghost is a great program to backup your WHOLE hard drive, SmartSync Pro is a great program to backup files that change every day (you're e-mail, documents folder, favorites, desktop folder.

Feel free to ask for more in-depth info on either of the programs!

Great :!: Symantec it is. Knew of it, was not sure it would cover all the needs.
