A reasonable conclusion is that it is the hardware that has a fault! Now the fun begins trying to get a refund!!!!!

Looks like it's the graphics card!

I got a colleague to try the Graphics Card in another PC and he was also unable to get it to do anything.
A reasonable conclusion is that it is the hardware that has a fault! Now the fun begins trying to get a refund!!!!!
