Im 95% confident that your power supply will run everything. You will need 2 free power plugs to power the card and pay attention to the package contents of the card. Most cards come with an adapter to convert a standard 4 pin molex into the 6 pin pci express connection that will be needed to power the card. Heres an example of what im talking about. Now, you just might be fortunate enough to have a power supply with a 6 pin connection already on it, you can easily remove the side panel and find out for sure.

i have this same board as you. and i also had a 300watt PSU. i wanted a new GFX card for games i got an ATI X1650 series card that came w/ drivers and didnt need the power connector just plug it into your PCI-E slot and you good to go, also it came w/ install directions. i did later upgrade to a 450watt PSU as the card RECOMMENDED it but its a dual monitor, overclocking encouraged card (came w/ overclocking tools on the install disc) but my 300watt pushed it fine just dont overclock w/o getting a more powerful PSU. and its says its vista capable but it only came w/ XP drivers. BTW here is a link, it is only 70 USD after rebate: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications ... =WEBLET02L

it pushes every game i have played on it, it runs every game in the orange box at max settings.
