Random Freezing

Win 7 64 Boot: Patriot Warp 32GB SATA II 2.5" Solid State Drive
Vista 32 Boot: WD Caviar 250GB SATA-3G HD 7200/16MB/SATA-3G
RAID 0: 2x Seagate 160GB Serial ATA w/NCQ 7200/8MB/SATA-3G
GPU: 2x - Galaxy GeForce GTX 260+ OC 896MB PCIe w/HDMI
Ram: 2x PNY 2GB PC2-6400 DDR2 800MHZ and 2x OCZ 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz
Optical Drive: Lite-ON 20X DVDRW SATA LH-20A1S-12 Super-Multi Int
PSU: Ultra 600w X-Finity Power Supply w/2 80mm / Black
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Socket AM2 BOX CPU - Windso
MOBO: Asus M2N-SLI-DELUXE Socket AM2 Motherboard
Cooler: Ultra Chilltec for Socket 939/775/AM2 CPU Cooler
The problem:
Whether I boot into Win 7 or Vista, anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 days, the computer will freeze up. The screen usually flashes once, the light on my mouse will turn off, and the system will be completely unresponsive (no BSOD). The system will still be running (fans on), but nothing but a hard reset will do anything. If I try to reset right after the crash sometimes the system will lock up during POST. The longer I leave the system off after a crash, the longer it will take to freeze again.
What I've check/tried:
-nothing is overheating, all temps are within norm
-checked the voltages, all within tolerance
-run disk check on all HDDs (no problems)
-run mem checks on all RAM (no problems)
-reset CMOS
-stress tested CPU and GPU
-set Power Management to 'Performance' and disabled 'Hybrid Sleep'
-uninstalled and reinstalled latest sound/video/raid drivers
The fact that it sometimes locks up in POST leads me to believe this is some strange hardware issue... I just don't know. The system worked for 3 months without issue. Then with no change to the hardware, this problem started presenting.
Edit: One thing I forgot to mention... when I turn the tower on its side... it takes much longer to freeze up.
