Windows 7 64bit
Foxconn m61pmv
Radeon 4670
AMD Athlon 3.2 dual core
2GB Ram

This morning I upgraded my PSU for the first time in years, however since I put it in I've lost all video output either from the motherboard VGA slot or my GPU. I've replaced the old PSU but this hasn't achieved anything.
My Graphics card runs fine in my other machine, and all the fans/ Hard drives/ DVD seem to boot fine when I turn it on, just without any input to the screen.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Is it likely to be a damaged motherboard/cpu?

Now did you upgrade the psu just to have a bigger/better one or was there a problem that caused you to. If you just upgraded with no problems, make sure you didnt miss any connections. Commonly people miss the square 4 pin motherboard connection and it will do just as you describe. Fans will spin up, hdd and cdrom but no actual POST.

There is a small 4pin GPU power connector needed to connect from the PSU to the mainboard as well.

Resetting the computer may help.
Here are the steps to discharge and reset the PC:
Unplug the power cord, pressing down the power button over 20 seconds.
Then connect the power cord to the PC, power on the computer again.
