Obtaining Internal Sound???

Postby swalsh19 » Sun Mar 21, 2004 4:12 am

I build computers on the side and I was wondering if anyone knew how to wire up a speaker interally to the soundcard to get sound....

I have seen some Brand name machines do this. Is there an easy way to do this, short of wiring it to plug in to the card externally???

Usually internal sound comes from the Motherboard. Get a schematic of your Mobo. You use a "three pin" connector.
If you want to come off the sound card you'll need it's schematic...you got the specs.?
