Dealing with what I found in Event Viewer

So i've been getting problems where my PC freezes at random points, and I have found an apparent solution, but I don't understand what it wants me to do

That is the link to the solution, i have copied and pasted the code into the notepad file named 'Test' but idk what to do from there, could I get some help ?
