Frequent crashing w/ blue screen

I use Windows XP Home Edition and it as for the other technical info is:
STOP: 0x00000008E (0xX000001D 0xED24FA25 0xED01EA80 0x000000000) when it is wdmaud: not sure about the other but I will note it down when this happens.
