Does it shuts down when you are in the BIOS or only after you exit the BIOS?
If it shuts down when you are in the BIOS then my first feelings are that there is something over heating or the CPU or Motherboard over temp setting is to low in the BIOS.
Are all your fans working, even the power supply fan?
If it is shutting down only after you exit the BIOS then it could be driver problem.
Is there an OS installed on the system?
