How do I know if the graphics card I have supports 3D Acceleration?

My office PC has Intel 845GVSR Mobo with Onboard Intel Graphics Controller (Intel Extreme Graphics - 82845G)

The easiest way to check is to run DirectX by clicking Start > clicking Run > and then typing dxdiag and click OK.
