My Gigabyte GA-7ZXE Mother Board

Ive found I cant update the BIOS for my MB anymore. I run the update program supplied by GigaByte but it just seems to hang. Does anyone know if I can still update this board? I will contact GigaByte but I gotta supply loadsa MB specs and I can't be bothered just yet.

You probably forgot to go into the bios and disable the firmware bios write protect option. On some motherboards, it can be a jumper on the board itself that you have to set differently.
