I have a friend asking me about laptops....

She is looking to buy a laptop for herself..(DOES NOT WANT A DESKTOP)..

I think that any basic laptop will do the trick...

So, the question is this...

Would like to knhow what your thoughts are on Dell, and Gateway....

Costomer Service, overall product... Any thing at all that might sway one to purchase or more importantly, Not to purchase...

Also open ot any other brand of laptops as well....

One request here... (please)

If ya have an opinion, please state the reason for that opinion. I'm not interested in hearing "Brand X SUCKS!" with out a stated reason.
