click on this link http://192.168.100.1/
Then select Diagnostics, using Ctrl + A to select all text then quickly hit Ctrl + C
that will copy the text, you might have to do it a few times to get it because
the screen refreshes about every 3 seconds.
Now past the copied text into notepad.

Next click Start->Run and type cmd and press Enter.
This will open a black DOS window.
At the command prompt type:
tracert www.comcast.net
and hit enter.
When it is finished, you will see a "Trace complete." message.
Now right-click with the mouse in the DOS window and select Mark
Then click and drag the mouse cursor across the Trace results and hit enter
Paste this text into the same notepad then paste all of text into a new post in this thread.

Your Signal to Noise Ratio is borderline.

Do you have any splitters anywhere on your cable, like to a TV or cable box?
If you do then check the label on the splitter and make sure that it meet the below standard:
Rated at 1000MHz (or 1GHz) and the outputs should be rated at -3.5dB.
The closer the output value is to 0dB, the less your signal will be affected by the splitter.

ok, this is what i have.

From the Cable modem, we have a switch/router. One goes into my computer and one goes into another comptuer. THis is all that we have. The cable cord comes directly from the outlet on the wall. There are no extra switch between the cable cords. I don't share my cable line with my TV cable. We have two cable outlet.
