my computer seems to be playing up. When I go to turn it on, it turns right off again about 2 seconds later. The light is supposed to be green when it is on but it only turns orange. After several attempt to turn it on, it eventually does turn on and the light goes green, normal as usual and it runs just fine. I thought maybe there isnt enough power supply going to it but then it wouldnt turn on at all if that was the case. I recently installed a TV tuner card which works fine but this problem started happening not long after I installed it. Does anyone know whats going on and how to fix it?

It sounds like there is a connection that is failing during POST.
I suggest that you turn off your system and unplug it from the wall.
Next open up the left side cover disconnect and reconnect all the cables and wires to
each device, hard drive CD Rom drive floppy drive, etc, one at a time

You might also check with your motherboard manufacturer for a bios update.
When you get to the page, scroll down through them and read the problems that each bios update addressed.
There are a lot of problems created by newer faster cards that need little tweaks to the bios software.
